The Isle of Capri is an island situated in the Tyrrhenian Sea off the Sorrentin Peninsula, on the south side of the Gulf of Naples, in the Campania region of Southern Italy. Since the time of the Roman Republic, the island is renowned as one of the most prestigious locations in the world. Established in 2004 by the Adzanela family, Capri Cafe Bar aims to create the essence of the Isle of Capri , bringing Mediterranean influenced dining to the Fortitude Valley’s prestigious Emporium precinct, providing diners with excellent food, exceptional service and a warm, inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Featuring alfresco and interior dining sections, Capri offers a relaxed yet cosmopolitan dining experience that over the years has attracted rave reviews and generated a following of regular diners. As Emporium’s first restaurant, Capri remains proudly family owned and operated, cherishing over 100 years of family experience in gastronomy and restaurant service that we humbly share with regular customers, friends and family. Capri is a family friendly restaurant, catering for children of all ages as well as being wheelchair accessible. Complimentary parking is also available around the entire Emporium complex. As a fully licensed venue, diners can enjoy a wide selection of boutique wines, beers and spirits hand-selected by Capri’s own Denis Adzanela. Catering for small corporate lunches is available, as well as take-away menus. Customers also have the option of pre-ordering food for larger groups. All major credit cards and company cheques are accepted and Capri gift vouchers are available upon request.
